There is no crew that shows up in my place and no new face each visit. If something is not right, you are talking to the person who did the work, and I will make it right.
That structure keeps quality honest. When one person is responsible for the whole car, nothing gets handed off and nothing falls between two people who each thought the other one did it. It also means I remember your car. The second visit goes smoother than the first because I already know the leather is sensitive, the cargo area collects dog hair, and the driver side takes the worst of the afternoon sun in your driveway.
The most common paint problem I see in La Canada Flintridge is not scratches. It is mineral spotting. Sprinklers cycle overnight, mist drifts onto the car in the driveway, and by the time the morning sun has done its work, the droplets have etched little mineral rings into the glass and paint. Foothill water carries a lot of dissolved mineral, and heat bakes it on hard.
A regular wash will not remove baked on water spots, which is why people get frustrated washing the car and still seeing the marks. Removing them takes dedicated water spot treatment, sometimes clay bar work, and in stubborn cases machine polishing. The same sun that makes this valley pleasant is quietly rough on cars. UV fades black trim to gray, dries out leather until it cracks, and dulls unprotected paint. Interior conditioning and exterior protection are not cosmetic extras here, they are maintenance, the same way you would not skip sunscreen on an August hike. Waxing and sealants for the paint, cleaning and conditioning for the leather, and trim restoration when the plastic has already gone chalky.
Trees add their own layer. Spring pollen coats everything that sleeps outside, and sap and leaf litter from mature shade trees work into the cracks around glass and trim. None of it is dramatic on any single day, which is exactly why it accumulates. A thorough detail resets all of it at once, and a maintenance plan keeps it from building back up between visits.
My pricing is flat and public. An Interior Only Detail starts at $149. A Standard Interior/Exterior Detail, inside and out with wax, is $189. The Standard Interior/Exterior Detail is priced by vehicle size vehicle, and it includes the deeper work like clay bar treatment and sealant protection. Exterior only details and eco waterless details are quoted for the specific vehicle.
Add on services cover the specific problems: headlight restoration starting at $50, water spot removal, pet hair removal, odor treatment, engine detailing, light scratch and scuff correction, and lease turn in preparation.
