Questions I hear a lot

How long does the Standard Detail take?
Plan on three to five hours depending on the condition and size of the vehicle. I do not rush the work to get to another appointment; the checklist is done when it is done right.
Why does the price change with vehicle size?
More seating rows, more carpet, and more paint mean more hours of hands-on work. A mini-van is simply a bigger job than a sedan, so the price steps from $189 to $279 by size. You will know the price prior to my beginning work, as nobody likes surprises!
What do I need to provide?
A spot where I am allowed to work, with roughly one parking space of room, about three feet of clearance around the car, plus access to your outside spigot and a standard outlet. I bring a 100 foot hose and a 100 foot extension cord.
Is this the same as a car wash?
No. A car wash removes loose dirt in minutes. A detail is restoration and protection measured in hours: embedded grit, etched water spots, the grime in the seams, the film on the inside of the windshield. There are car washes on Foothill. I specialize in performing details.
